SwellDOWN Medicated Poultice is used to treat leg injuries and general leg soreness in horses. Reduces swelling and is medicated to help stop infection. Reduces hoof stone bruising. Apply liberal amounts of poultice to clean area and cover with moist brown paper, then wrap with plastic and bandage in place. Leave for 12 -2 4 hours and wash off with water. May be used daily.
Composition: Each kg contains magnesium sulfate 5.67g, potassium aluminium sulfate 2.13g, sodium bicarbonate 0.47g, methyl salicylate 0.41g, glycerine, oils of peppermint and eucalyptus, aluminium silicate, montmorillonites.
