Farnam Worma Drench Broad Spectrum Oral Anthelmintic for Horses and Cattle. Oxfendazole 100 g/L. Farnham Worma Drench Broad spectrum anthelmintic effective against benzimidazole sensitive parasites. Indications: Horses. Mature and immature redworm, bloodworm, large strongyles (Strongylus sp.); kills tissue stages of Strongylus edentatus, large roundworm (Parascaris equorum), pinworm (Oxyuris equi), susceptible small strongyles (cyathostomes), mature stomach worms (Trichostrongylus axei, Habronema microstoma), migrating stages of S. vulgaris (55 to 88% activity) with a corresponding reduction in arterial lesions.
Cattle. Small brown stomach worm (Ostertagia ostertagi) including inhibited fourth larval or hypobiotic stage, barber's pole worm (Haemonchus placei), small intestinal worm (Cooperia sp.), stomach hair worm (Trichostrongylus sp.), thin necked intestinal worm (Nematodirus sp.), hookworm (Bunostomum phlebotomum), nodule worm (Oesophagostomum radiatum), lungworm (Dictyocaulus viviparus) and tapeworm (Moniezia expansa). |
